One of Avengers: Doomsday’s stars was just as shocked as we were during the live-streaming reveal of its cast, as they had no idea who they’d be starring alongside.
Thank you in advance to Collider’s Chris McPherson for the source!
It seems some of its biggest stars were just as clueless as the rest of us during the live-stream of the upcoming Marvel Cinematic Universe film Avengers: Doomsday.

In a recent interview on The Jennifer Hudson Show, Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings star Simu Liu was quizzed about his role in the film… to which he basically replied a variant of 'no idea mate'.
"I knew I was going to be involved in it to some capacity, but I didn't know who else they were announcing,” Liu revealed.
“They don't tell us anything. Tom Holland and Mark Ruffalo ruined it for all of us. Now, they don't tell us.”
Liu’s comments about Holland and Ruffalo are in reference to the several instances of the two MCU stars accidentally spoiling stuff about certain Marvel films prior to their release.

Take a look at the reveal below.
Clearly, Disney is being a lot stricter about what they reveal to their actors these days, although that’s no surprise given the daily leaks.
So, now that Liu knows who he’s going to be acting alongside during Avengers: Doomsday… who is he the most excited to meet?

“I saw when Sir Ian and Sir Patrick were announced,” Liu continued.
“These are two of the greatest actors to have ever walked the face of the Earth. That blew my mind a little bit.”
Well, considering Disney has outright stated that there are a few more cast members yet to come, there are probably a few surprises still in store for Liu once he finally starts shooting.
I wonder if they’ve even told Tom Holland he’s gonna be in this one yet? Maybe they never announced his inclusion in the film so he wouldn’t spoil it.
