Fans of the Marvel character Wolverine are roasting a surprising MCU return but at least some can see the funny side.
A leading member of the X-Men, Wolverine is one of the most popular characters of the Marvel universe often blurring the lines of being a hero and a villain with his ruthless, but very effective methods.
Check out the Deadpool & Wolverine trailer below!
The Deadpool character is known for having fourth wall-breaking humour which is perfectly portrayed by his live-action actor, Ryan Reynolds.

Over the years, Ryan Reynolds and Wolverine actor Hugh Jackman have teased each other endless times on social media, entertaining MCU fans leading up to the long-awaited release of Deadpool & Wolverine in 2023.
“Wade Wilson with his past as the morally flexible Deadpool behind him, until he suddenly finds himself in a fight for the survival of his homeworld and must suit up again—and convince a reluctant Wolverine to help him,” reads the synopsis of the movie.
While many fans would love to see a sequel to Deadpool & Wolverine one day, this return of the beloved Hugh Jackman character isn't probably what most of us expect but at the same time, it’s quite perfect.
“Marvel just released an eight-and-a-half hour video of Hugh Jackman’s Wolverine breathing,” tweeted DiscussingFilm. “Halfway through the video, he strikes a pose.”

However, as Twitter user SSMB29 pointed out, Hugh Jackman was likely referencing a popular Wolverine comic book cover inspired by an issue that was released in 1982 by Chris Clemont and Frank Miller.
“Is anyone going to watch it?” asked mims_words. Thankfully, DiscussingFilm saved us from that gruelling task.
“I’M THREE HOURS IN, WHY WOULD YOU SPOIL THIS?” joked Young_Justo.
“Why does content like this exist?” replied OmarSpahi.

“Marvel marketing at its finest, that's to say, not so much,” exclaimed a sarcastic Fight_Club_Lad.
You can watch Deadpool & Wolverine right now on Disney Plus as well as the two other previous Deadpool movies. Trust me, it’s better than watching this eight-hour-plus video.
