The poor Marvel fandom has to do a lot of waiting, some of which never pays off.

The Werewolf by Night television film aired on Disney Plus in 2022. Although it wasn’t a roaring success, it has commendable scores on both IMDb and Rotten Tomatoes.
A two year wait, while not as bad as what Blade fans have endured, is still an unbearable amount of time when you’re eager for the next chapter.
Werewolf by Night’s director, Michael Giacchino, recently teased how close to a sequel they are right now.
Having touched upon the various “recalibrations” within Marvel’s creative decisions, Giacchino is still hopeful a sequel will happen.

“We'll get there,” he said.
No, it isn’t a detailed discussion on when or how that’ll happen, but it at least gives hungry fans hope that the world Werewolf by Night created hasn’t been forgotten.
Even if it doesn’t happen any time soon, “more Werewolf by Night is a must” is a mantra fans are chanting.
We all hope that Giacchino gets “another crack” at delving deeper into the lore behind these monster hunters.

Only time will tell if Marvel truly feels the same way. We hope it does because we’re eager to see more from this supernatural creation.
