In a shocking turn of events, Jonathan Majors is reportedly being considered to rejoin the Marvel Cinematic Universe following an assault conviction back in 2023.
Majors was heading for the big leagues in the MCU when he was expected to take on the role of the next major antagonist in both Avengers: The Kang Dynasty (now Avengers: Doomsday) and Avengers: Secret Wars.

As a result, Robert Downey Jr. was cast to take on the role of the next major antagonist, Doctor Doom, in Avengers: Doomsday and Majors was written out of any future roles.
Now according to a recent report, Kevin Feige has expressed interest in Majors returning to the upcoming Marvel projects and, as you can imagine, many fans are unhappy.

AgentC3 agreed, adding, “I call b.s. especially given all of the complications with Kang. The only way he'd come back is to be killed off in Doomsday.”
“All they had to do is recast but nope,” Trashsombra345 commented.

Of course, Majors’ potential return is nothing but a rumour at this moment in time but it would seem as though it would not go down well with fans if it came to fruition.
