Black Friday has come a long way. Once upon a time, it was merely a single day. Hopeful shoppers would rise long before the break of dawn to swarm shops en masse. These days, we can browse the best deals online at ease - and for the best part of an entire week too.
For those who enjoy gaming, which I’m going to go out on a limb and say applies to everyone here, there are plenty of incredible deals to be found. The Xbox Series S has received a huge price cut, making it cheaper than ever before. That’s not all. The Xbox Series X has also received an incredible price cut - and it includes a free Diablo IV download. Did you miss out on playing Hogwarts Legacy earlier this year? Yes, that’s on offer too, as is Sony’s PlayStation 5 console which is the topic of this discussion.
Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 recently swung onto PS5 consoles, dazzling players.
You can currently save up to £100 on PS5 consoles. That’s not a saving to be sniffed at. Between now and 30 November, the PlayStation 5 has dropped to £389.99 at several retailers including at PlayStation Direct. You can also pick up a PS5 console at Amazon, but the best deal out there is at retailer Very. They’ve got the best price on the market right now, offering a PS5 disc edition console for just £379.

You know the situation. These deals are limited and there’s every chance stock could run dry at any moment so if you were hoping to bag a PS5 before Christmas, I’d recommend acting sooner rather than later.
The PS5 is also on offer at Smyths, Shop To, Currys, Game, Argos, AO, and John Lewis. Many console accessories are also on offer right now including the very handy DualSense charging station which I personally couldn’t live without. I haven’t used a charging lead in years. Get those bargains while you can.
