Mark your calendars folks, because we’re about to hear some new info regarding Grand Theft Auto VI’s online mode very, very soon.
Well, this is a first, even for the Grand Theft Auto VI community: we’ve got a teaser for a leak.
As revealed on the weekend by Insider Gaming’s Tom Henderson on the official Insider Gaming Podcast, a new article detailing some specifics about Rockstar Games’ plans for GTA VI’s Online mode will be dropping at some point in the next couple of weeks.

Over on the r/GamingLeaksAndRumours subreddit, comments shared their expectations for what they want to see in the leak.
“I'm very curious to see how they've evolved GTA Online, if at all. I'm really hoping it's more fun and not just a visual overhaul with the same basic gameplay loop,” commented user Mountain_Reading_22.
“Because I liked the story mode, but all my friends and family tried to get me as addicted to GTA Online as they were. And for the life of me, I just could not see what they found so damn captivating about it.”
“Im gonna take a bet and say that GTAVI Online will not be included with the base game, and it will be sold separately or with a 100$ bundle,” replied user oilfloatsinwater.

Although it is funny to joke about a leak being leaked, especially for GTA VI of all things, it should be noted that Insider Gaming is essentially one of the best and most well-regarded sources for videogame-related leaks.
That’s basically my way of saying that this is actually something worth getting excited for, because they’re assumedly advertising this ahead of time because they believe what they have is worth getting people hyped for.
It sounds like Henderson’s article is probably coming out sometime in the first half of May, so keep an eye out for new details regarding their story in the not-so-distant future.
