Hogwarts Legacy players are disappointed that one of the game’s upcoming DLC quests isn’t available yet.
For a game as popular as it is, it’s a surprise Hogwarts Legacy hasn’t had much post-launch support.

The game was 2023’s best-seller thanks to it being available on just about every known platform, yet the only updates it has received since are patches and making the odd piece of cosmetic content available to all players.

Players on Xbox, Nintendo Switch and PC were supposed to be receiving a new quest this year that was previously exclusive to the PlayStation version of the game.
It’s actually one of the best quests in the game, involving a haunted shop in Hogsmeade with some very creepy mannequins lurking inside.
The quest was to be exclusive to the PlayStation version of the game until February earlier this year.
However we’re in May now and the quest is nowhere to be seen, and players are getting a little ticked off about it.

One player, totallytonic on Reddit, made a post voicing their frustration with the missing quest, saying it’s “most likely already a part of the game we installed, they just need to ‘unlock’ them.”
They went on to say the exclusive quest is an example of “favouritism” for Sony’s platform and “laziness” on the developer’s part.
Other fans agreed the wait is getting a little bit ridiculous, with some even blaming the Nintendo Switch port of the game, saying it “wasted their resources and time.”
It’s said the quest will be added to Xbox, Nintendo and PC games sometime over the Summer, though an exact date hasn’t been provided at the time of writing.

The only thing fans can do is keep being patient, as while the delay is annoying there’s no chance a mere extra quest is going to be cancelled… hopefully.
