GTA VI fans are squeezing every detail they can out of information coming from Rockstar Games in the hopes of either shedding new light on the game or keeping the hype train rolling.
Most recently, fans have grabbed onto a detail that comes from the credits for GTA VI which shows that Rockstar Games has a team working night shifts to test the upcoming blockbuster game.
At this point I'm begging for a new trailer just so we have something new to watch
This shouldn’t really come as a surprise to anyone. GTA VI is destined to be the biggest game launch of all time and the last thing Rockstar Games wants is a buggy mess on day one.

Posted on Reddit, we can see that Rockstar Lincoln has a Quality Assurance & Release Management Team on hand overnight to check the quality of the game.
Fans are praising the team for putting in every possible hour to ensure the game is perfect upon release.
Of course, it just makes sense for a game this big, as pointed out by Dry-Fault-5557 who says, “Big companies bug test at night so that daytime workers can fix any issues the following day. Boosting productivity.”
“This boosts my confidence that the game will release in 2025. Testing day and night is insane. They want as many bugs to be found as possible,” says adamcookie26.

While Rockstar Games should indeed be praised for quality assurance, it’s also worth noting that they’re keeping talented people employed by expanding the team to work around the clock without crunch - something that plagues the industry.
As calcium-x2 puts it, “Shoutout to the testers for probably ruining their experience with the game for how repetitive and tedious bug testing is.”
With a game as large as this, with so many teams adding to it, QA is integral to production.
“That’s a very good thing to see. Having like almost all of R* studios working on the game adding things left right center, changing stuff and whatnot you need that constant QA going on loop,” says another Redditor.

I’m sure the game will be amazing when it finally reaches us and kudos to those putting in hours looking for bugs and glitches.
