The new trailer for the seventh season of Rick And Morty just dropped, along with a first-look at the new voices.
When it was publicly announced that Justin Roiland wouldn't be reprising his role in Rick And Morty as the two main characters, fans were sceptical, to say the least.
Take a look at the new trailer for Rick And Morty Season 7 below!
Justin Roiland was abruptly axed following serious accusations of sexual assault, domestic violence, and false imprisonment. A court case was conducted following the allegations, though the charges were eventually dropped.

While he was cleared of all charges, Adult Swim made it clear that they wouldn't be bringing him back for future seasons of Rick And Morty, and that it’d be actively pursuing a replacement. This led to a divide in the fanbase, with many believing the show should be cancelled if Roiland wasn't involved, even launching petitions to keep him on the show, which failed miserably.
Yesterday, a full trailer for the seventh season of Rick And Morty dropped online, and fans were blown away by how similar the new voices sounded. "The new voice actor(s) are actually good, I can hear the difference but it’s very minimal," read one comment. "The voices are great," said another, while one fan wrote, "The new voices aren’t bad! As long as they tell a good story I think we’re good to go."
At the time of writing, a reveal of the new voice actor(s) hasn't been made public, but it's safe to say people were pleasantly surprised by the spot-on performances.
Of course, many others weren't impressed, and even condemned Adult Swim for not bringing Roiland back after the charges were dropped. You can't please everyone.

Roiland was also replaced in other animated shows he typically lends his voice to, like Solar Opposites, and the new Adventure Time series.
