It seems that the MCU has found its new Cyclops, one of the most popular characters of Marvel’s X-Men.
Ever since Disney acquired 21st Century Fox and Marvel Studios regained the rights to the X-Men movie franchise in 2019, comic book fans have been excited at the prospect of Professor Charles Xavier and his mutant crew fighting the good fight in the MCU.

However, nothing is going to compare to when the full X-Men team joins the MCU in live-action form in a feature-length movie.
While we don't know when the first X-Men MCU movie will arrive, according to recent reports, the new Scott Summers aka Cyclops may have been found. But it seems not everyone is keen on the potential casting choice of the first Cyclops in the MCU.
“Jack Champion is reportedly being considered for the role of Cyclops in the 'X-Men' reboot film,” shared Reddit user Louis_DCVN with the information sourced from the Twitter account MyTimeToShineH.

“Nah, I don't buy it. They won't go this young for X-Men,” replied Ericandabear.
“He’s ok. I would rather see Callum Turner, Dylan O’Brien or Glenn Powell,” said Tekk333.
“Young X-Men, perhaps? He's only 20,” revealed ZekeorSomething with BridgerRT57 responding “Scott was 16 when he joined the X-Men. I think if they do a younger cast they can form more of an origin story”
“This is kinda sick casting. He’s able to portray both super kind, angry, even unhinged,” explained BanjoSpaceMan. “I think this would be a great choice for a Scott who eventually has conflicting opinions with Professor X.”

Hopefully, now that the casting rumours are making the social media rounds, we’ll get some sort of official X-Men announcement regarding the MCU at some point this year.
