It feels like everyone and their mother has signed on to play a role in the upcoming Avengers films, which is expected given how many heroes and villains now feature in Marvel’s MCU.
Avengers: DOOMSDAY will be the first part of a supposed battle with Doctor Doom, played by a returning Robert Downey Jr., but many others are set to star in the new Marvel film.
The next big Marvel film will be Thunderbolts* and it's out in May
One question, on the minds of MCU fans, is whether we’ll see more heroes from the Disney Plus shows make an appearance.

When the last big event movies in the MCU debuted, with heroes battling Thanos in Avengers: Infinity War and Avengers: Endgame, there were very few TV shows dedicated to Marvel characters.
Since then, the streaming service has debuted a bunch of heroes that fans love and want to see step up alongside the Avengers.
Speaking recently to TechRadar, the Russo brothers commented on the potential crossovers we may see in Avengers: DOOMSDAY.
The directors were asked specifically if we’d see any Disney Plus characters on the big screen, to which they replied, “In terms of what we're drawing on for our storytelling, we take the comprehensive view of the MCU.”

The next two Avengers films will pull from a massive crossover event from the comic books which combined multiverses, timelines and a wealth of heroes and villains.
It would make sense to fill the films to bursting with MCU stars, and it sounds like the Russo brothers are pulling from everywhere.
They continued, “This is the universe we're telling a story within. You can read into that what you like.”
Given Marvel knows how popular certain heroes are, and the star power they have, it would be silly to leave certain characters out.

Disney Plus us home to the likes of Daredevil, She-Hulk, Echo, Moon Knight, Kate Bishop, Wiccan, and more.
Hopefully we’ll get to see these characters, and others, when the films release over the coming years.
