It is a sad day for Marvel fans as one fan-favourite actor, and his much loved character, have come to the end of their movie journey.
I hate to be the bearer of bad news but it seems like Tom Hardy is set to make his departure from the Marvel franchise after confirming that Venom: The Last Dance will be his final Venom movie.

Bursting onto the scene as Eddie Brock in 2018’s Venom, Hardy soon found himself as a fan favourite as he told the story of the journalist who finds himself becoming merged with a symbiotic alien with lethal abilities.

Switching effortlessly between Eddie and Venom, Hardy soon found himself returning in 2021’s Venom: Let There Be Carnage and it wasn’t long before a third, and final, part was announced.
Set to hit cinemas later this month, Venom: The Last Dance as we now know will be Tom Hardy’s final appearance in the Marvel series.
Reported by DiscussingFilm on Twitter, Hardy reportedly said: “That's our lot - from me and the big guy - we loved every minute.”

“That’s all she wrote for me and the big guy. We promise to make this the best of them all.
We’ve loved making these. Thank you for your love and support - come join us for the Last Dance”.
Up until now, fans have been unsure if this would be the last entry in the Venom series but now, thanks to confirmation from the man himself, it seems like that is the case.
Venom kicked off Sony’s Spider-Man Universe back in 2018 and so it will always have a special place in fan’s hearts.

With the movies having somewhat mixed reviews, it remains to be seen if Venom: The Last Dance will see the franchise go out with a bang.
Either way, it will be sad to see the end of Eddie Brock and his loveable symbiote.
