It looks like Marvel has revived a forgotten character in the MCU and it’s time for fans to rejoice.
The next live-action MCU series is on the way this month with Agatha All Along, a new spin-off series starring Kathryn Hahn as the wicked witch, Agatha Harkness. Many fans would have been introduced to Agatha in the 2021 Disney Plus mini-series, WandaVision.

“The infamous Agatha Harkness finds herself powerless after a suspicious goth Teen breaks her free from a distorted spell. Her interest is piqued when he begs her to take him on the legendary Witches’ Road, a magical gauntlet of trials that, if survived, rewards witches with what they need,” reads the synopsis of Agatha All Along.

However, it seems that Agatha won't be the only star of the series because as reported by Comicbook.com, a character named William Kaplan is perhaps being teased in marketing material.
At this time, the unnamed character has been labelled as a “teen” but it’s believed that his true identity, William Kaplan aka Wiccan, played by Joe Locke, could soon be revealed as a new MCU hero.
Oh, and William Kaplan just so happens to be Wanda Maximoff’s aka Scarlet Witches' son, which of course makes for a strong connection between WandaVision and Agatha All Along.
Comicbook.com was able to ask Joe Locke about the character named “Teen” and judging by the actor himself, his character is even named Teen in all of the scripts for Agatha All Long as Disney is making every effort to keep the origins of the character under wraps.

"It's frustrating sometimes because I want to talk about all the amazing things in the show, but also the amazing things in the show are only amazing if the secrets are kept until they're supposed to be," Locke said. "The reveals and the twists and the turns are only effective if they're kept."
Agatha All Along arrives on Disney Plus on 19 September and if you’ve got time, it might be worth catching up with WandaVision.
