One such change relates to our beloved Iron Man.
We all know that Robert Downey Jr.’s time as Tony Stark is over and that he will now take on the role of Doctor Doom in future MCU projects.
However, that just means that there is room for another iron soldier and it comes in the form of Ironheart.
We first met Ironheart during 2022’s Black Panther: Wakanda Forever with the character being played by Dominique Thorne.

Now fans of Riri Williams are feeling the hype as she is set to get her very own Disney+ television series.
Titled Ironheart, the story will follow MIT student Riri as she returns home to Chicago after the events of Wakanda Forever.
It is here that she discovers secrets that will pit technology against magic.
In recent days, we have learned more about Ironheart including that Riri is set to have a “Tony Stark-sized ego” and the show is set to be a crime show “in a way Marvel has not done before”.

Additionally, her suit will be fully practical and “uses a lot of techniques that go all the way back to the first Iron Man film”.
This news has fans hyped and they took to r/MarvelStudios_Rumours to share their thoughts.
“This is actually a fantastic parallel the more I think about it,” one fan said about Riri’s comparison to Tony.
Another said: “I personally will reserve judgement but I am hoping it’s fun. Doesn’t have to be ground breaking or anything so long as it’s fun. Plus they built a practical suit? That’s kinda cool.”
