The Marvel Cinematic Universe is finally giving us the team-up we’ve been waiting for, though there’s a small catch.
Your Friendly Neighbourhood Spider-Man will be premiering on Disney+ in just a few days time, offering yet another take on the wall-crawler from the multiverse.
Take a look at the trailer for the new Daredevil: Born Again series.
Judging from what we’ve seen so far, it’ll have a unique animation style that honestly might not be everyone’s cup of tea, but I’m sure we’ll get used to it after an episode or two.

While the show will be reintroducing us to some familiar characters like Harry and Norman Osbourne, the most exciting addition to the cast is Daredevil.
Turns out it’s a big year for the Hell’s Kitchen vigilante with Daredevil: Born Again premiering in March, and now he’ll team-up with Spider-Man in the MCU.
Charlie Cox who plays the character in live-action will also be providing his voice for the role in Your Friendly Neighbourhood Spider-Man, whereas the new Spider-Man is being played by Hudson Thames who fans will know from Marvel’s What If...? series.
Daredevil himself will be sporting his black suit this time around, the helmet of which could be seen in the Daredevil: Born Again trailer.

While the team-up won’t be live-action, it’s at least a start, and perhaps if the reception is good, Marvel Studios will go even further and pair Charlie Cox’s Daredevil and Tom Holland’s Spider-Man on the big-screen.
Cox, in particular, is interested in seeing it happen, as in an interview with GAMINGbible, he said, “It would be great to get a little bit of time with Peter Parker in our alter egos … it'd be cool to have a little moment with Spider-Man and Daredevil doing something where they team-up.”
Your Friendly Neighbourhood Spider-Man will premiere on Disney+ on 29 January.
