Daredevil: Born Again’s first trailer has been released by Marvel Studios, and it looks like everything we could have ever wanted.
The series will be Daredevil’s first, full-blown adventure in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, though he has of course appeared in other projects up to now like She-Hulk, Echo and Spider-Man: No Way Home.

I’m sure the big question on every fan’s mind is how will these existing Daredevil characters, who technically have three seasons of history in the MCU already as the Netflix show is confirmed to be canon, fit in with the wider, more cosmic-scale of what we’ve seen so far.

While we’ll just have to patiently wait and see what happens in Daredevil: Born Again, star Charlie Cox who plays Matt Murdock and his alter ego has a dream team-up in mind.
In an interview discussing the upcoming Disney+ series I asked if there were any heroes he’d like to see Daredevil interact with throughout his time in the MCU.
Cox said: “I think it's a very difficult question to answer … Just because of the history of the comics, it would be great to get a little bit of time with Peter Parker in our alter egos. Obviously, we had Matt Murdock and Peter barter, but it'd be cool to have a little moment with Spider Man and Daredevil doing something where they team-up. So that's obviously an obvious one, you know? And yeah, of course, there are a few more, but who knows.”
I’m sure this isn’t a surprise to the diehard Marvel fans out there, as Spider-Man and Daredevil share a real bond in the comics even if they don’t see eye-to-eye at times.

Whether we see Tom Holland’s Spider-Man and Charlie Cox’s Daredevil team-up on the big-screen remains to be seen, but I think I speak for everyone when I say it’s something fans would love to see happen.
Daredevil Born: Again will premiere on Disney+ on 5 March in the UK.
