Harry Potter fans stunned by hidden sex scene you definitely missed

The Harry Potter movies have everything from epic magic duels to fantastical creatures but one thing that they don't have is sex. Or do they?

With the Harry Potter movies ranging from PG to PG-13 age ratings here in the UK, it would make sense that the fantasy films would not feature any content unsuitable for children.

Although we saw the occasional (awkward) kiss from the likes of Ron and Hermione and Harry and Ginny, that was as far as any romance went… at least that is what we thought.

According to fans, a hidden sex scene can be found during Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban and if you are struggling to recall such a scene, it is easily missed.

The reason it is so easily missed is because it is seen during the movie’s end credits which is designed in the style of the famous Marauder’s Map.

If you don’t remember, the Marauder’s Map is a magical item that allows the user to see the footprints of everybody seen within the Hogwarts’ grounds.

During the credits when we get to the section which acknowledges the motion control camera operators, peeking towards the bottom of the screen, we can see the footprints of two witches/wizards in very close proximity.

With the way the footprints are positioned, it is hard to believe that they are just having a quick chat and fans are adamant that they are doing a very non-PG act.

Additionally, the brains behind the art for the end credits spoke up in an interview with the Huffington Post.

"We've all been kids, we've all been in school and stuff ... It was just a sort of little peck on the cheek,” said Rus Wetherell.

We will take his word for it but that still begs the question as to why previous owners of the map, Fred and George Weasley, did not notice the strange man sleeping in their brother’s bed all these years. Hmm.
