Looking forward to checking out Star Wars Jedi: Survivor when it launches in just a few months? Keen to go back and see how the story started? Have I got some good news for you.
Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order, the fantastic story-driven single-player adventure from EA and Respawn Entertainment will be free to download and keep from January 2023 - just a couple of weeks!
If you've never played Fallen Order, I honestly can't recommend it enough. Set between the Star Wars prequels and the original trilogy, the game follows a young Jedi called Cal Kestis. Content to lie low from the Empire and shun his former life as a hero, Cal is soon called into action and becomes embroiled in a race to unlock ancient Jedi secrets.

The game has it all: brilliant lightsaber combat, excellent parkour mechanics, and several gorgeous open-world (kind of) planets to explore. Fallen Order was a hit, obviously, or we wouldn't be getting Survivor in March.
Anyway, if you've never played it before or just want to experience the game again, Fallen Order will be free to download in January via PlayStation Plus. While this has yet to be officially confirmed by Sony, the same leaker that always accurately leaks the PS Plus lineup ahead of time has claimed that Fallen Order will be one of the Essential free games, alongside Fallout 76 and Axiom Verge 2. That's a pretty sweet lineup, to be fair. I mean, I haven't played Fallout 76 for a long time, but I hear it's much better now.
The PS Plus games for January should be officially confirmed by tomorrow (29 December), but for now we can be pretty sure that some free Star Wars action is coming our way. Be ready.
