Terrifier 2 is doing what it says on the tin - audiences are apparently passing out and vomiting due to the severity of the horrific scenes in the film. Don't threaten me with a good time.
Terrifier 2 is already a success at the cinema, cashing in $1.2 million at the box office against a budget of $250,000 over the course of only six days. After Art The Clown's apparent death in the first film, the creature is resurrected and resumes his horrifying hunt for victims on Halloween night.
Check out the trailer for Terrifier 2 here! I'm sure it'll only induce slight light-headedness and nausea, being such a short cut of the original.
I'm not one to throw stones at glass houses when it comes to horror. The ending of Oxenfree made me so unsettled I couldn't bring myself to go downstairs into the dark kitchen to get a glass of water. But the reports that people are having severe physical reactions to Terrifier 2 are startling.

“[Terrifier 2] was an amazing gory mess. The guy behind me passed out cold [and] crashed into my chair, another guy left because he didn’t feel good, I overheard him say and walking out theatre door I heard a guy puking hard & loud in the bathroom,” said one viewer (cheers, Bloody Disgusting).
“Watching #Terrifier2 my friend just threw up and then passed out. I’ve counted five walk outs so far. I’m loving it,” added another. "Definitely not for the weak stomachs," advised a fan.
While I haven't seen the film yet, this is allegedly triggered by "some of the most protracted sequences of practical effects gore we have honestly ever seen up on the big screen." Hopefully just the thought of this doesn't put you off your breakfast.
