Red Dead Redemption 2 players are always on the hunt for new secrets in Rockstar Games’ Wild West world but this might be the tiniest discovery yet, literally.
Very few gamers would argue against the statement that Rockstar Games’ Red Dead Redemption 2 is one of the best games of all time, perhaps even surpassing its 2010 predecessor. After all, Red Dead Redemption 2 garnered an all-mighty Metacritic score of 97, more than justifying its ‘Must-Play’ accolade.

“Red Dead Redemption 2 is the epic tale of outlaw Arthur Morgan and the infamous Van der Linde gang, on the run across America at the dawn of the modern age,” reads the synopsis of the game released in 2018 on PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.

With a map as huge as Red Dead Redemption 2’s, it should come as no surprise that over six years later, players are still making discoveries, such as this tiny church that can be found “Deep in the Bayou” as shared by Twitter user, SynthPotato.
According to the information provided by SynthPotato, they (perhaps jokingly) believe that this church could have been created with dwarfs and hobbits in mind.

While there are no hobbits in Red Dead Redemption 2, there is an NPC magician called Magnifico the Magnificent with dwarfism, so perhaps this church belongs to him or at the very least, it may be a reference to J.R.R. Tolkien’s novels.
Red Dead Redemption 2 protagonist, Arthur Morgan can enter the small abandoned church when crouched by don’t start shooting it, otherwise, he will begin to lose honour. So you have been warned.
What’s more, when discovering the church, Arthur writes in his journal “A very small church for a very small congregation.”
Red Dead Redemption 2 and its multiplayer game, Red Dead Online are out now on PC and modern consoles.
