Since Ubisoft made the decision to bring its games to Steam in an attempt for people to actually buy them, things have been going well for the company.
Not only can Ubisoft games now be purchased via Steam (where the majority of PC gamers buy their games) but the studio has also gradually been adding achievements for some of its older titles.

This may not seem like a lot but for the achievement hunters out there, this is enough incentive to replay a game or pick it up for the first time if they haven’t already.

Now the latest title Ubisoft has revisited is Far Cry 3: Blood Dragon, which may not be a main instalment in the Far Cry series but is still considered as one of the best.
Released in 2013, Blood Dragon is a standalone expansion for Far Cry 3 which is set in a retro-futuristic parody of 1980s action films, cartoons, and video games whilst taking place on an open-world island.
“Welcome to an 80’s vision of the future. The year is 2007 and you are Sergeant Rex Colt, a Mark IV Cyber Commando. Your mission: get the girl, kill the baddies, and save the world,” the official synopsis reads.
Inspired by the classic 1980s movies The Terminator and The Wraith, Blood Dragon was praised for its retro influences, soundtrack, and gameplay.

Now with games such as Cyberpunk 2077 bringing a whole new generation of fans to the retro/futuristic genre, this is the perfect time for Far Cry 3: Blood Dragon to receive a bunch of achievements on Steam.
Additionally, if you have already achieved the trophies via Ubisoft Connect, they will automatically be rewarded to you when purchasing the game on Steam.
There are 19 achievements to unlock including standard story trophies as well as rewards for killing all animal types, destroying five brain cages, killing a dragon with a bow, and finding all VHS tapes to name a few.
As Far Cry 3: Blood Dragon is a standalone expansion, it is available for just £12.49 so it is the perfect game to grab and finish up in one sitting.
