Sorry Red Dead Redemption fans, it seems a good chunk of players will be unable to play the game at launch.
Now I’m sure you’re wondering why anyone is discussing Red Dead Redemption 3 considering GTA VI hasn’t even released yet, but with a potential delay looming over the game what else is there to do to pass the time?

Whether it follows the Van Der Linde gang again in yet another prequel is a different question, but a new game is inevitable.
That being said, fans shouldn’t expect the game for several years, and when it does eventually drop it’s believed you’ll need stronger hardware in order to play it.
GTA VI has reportedly been developed with new-gen consoles in mind, which explains all the rumoured open world features that sound like some of the most immersive gameplay we’ve seen from the series yet.

This means that you’ll likely be forced to upgrade to the latest system if you want to play, and I wouldn’t be surprised to see an enhanced version of GTA VI made for those upcoming consoles as well, like what was done with GTA V.
Of course not everyone will have the finances to grab a brand-new console, plus spend however much it’ll cost for a AAA game in the 2030’s so unfortunately some fans may be left behind.
