Then in December 2022, The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt has made an even better game thanks to its free next-gen update on PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S. However, this update not only improved the visuals and performance but also added new story missions, cosmetics and much more.
So, if for whatever reason you’ve never played The Witcher 3 and you subscribe to the Extra and Premium tiers of PlayStation Plus, you can play this awesome RPG at no extra cost next week. What’s more, if playing on PS5, it will also include the aforementioned free next-gen update.
The PS Plus Extra and Premium August 2024 offerings also include the TimeSplitters trilogy, Cult of the Lamb, Watch Dogs 2 and more. There is plenty of goodness to offer this month, and even includes a batch of titles in a popular JRPG series. That being said, perhaps the RPG from CDPR is the standout pick for many.
All the new PS Plus Extra and Premium titles will be available on Tuesday, 20 August. The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt is out now on PC, PlayStation, Xbox and Nintendo Switch.
