If you want to play Star Wars Outlaws early you still can, provided you’re quick enough, but you’ve only got a few days.
Star Wars Outlaws will launch at the end of this month, and marks Ubisoft’s first venture into the galaxy far, far away.
We played the game at a recent preview event, and you can see our thoughts in the video below
The level of details Ubisoft has crammed in so far makes you feel like you’re part of the films, and the new characters Key Vess, Nix and ND-5 already feel like welcome additions to the galaxy, ND-5 especially, because he’s hot.

Now because Star Wars Outlaws is a Ubisoft game, you best believe there are multiple versions to choose from aside from the base game.
If you opt for the more expensive versions, Gold or Ultimate, you’ll actually be able to play the full game three days early, as well as get access to some other goodies like the season pass.
These will cost you a pretty penny though, so there’s no shame in waiting it out for the normal day one version.
For a slightly cheaper option, you can also subscribe to Ubisoft+ for early-access too, and honestly it's not a bad deal.

In Star Wars Outlaws you play as Kay Vess, a scoundrel who’s looking for her own quiet place in the galaxy.
After a job gone wrong, a bounty is placed on her head, thrusting her into an intergalactic adventure of epic proportions, as she attempts to pull off the greatest heist the galaxy has ever seen.
We’ve described it as Uncharted meets Red Dead Redemption but in space, as players will have several open-world environments to explore, treasure to plunder, and shootouts galore.
Star Wars Outlaws will launch for Xbox, PlayStation and PC platforms on 30 August, but those who preordered the Gold or Ultimate editions will be granted early-access from 27 August.
