One of the big changes comes to the speeder, making traversal much more enjoyable by adding a FOV slider for vehicle viewpoints.
Many fans complained that such a close view to the speeder made them crash into objects far too often and this has been addressed.
There are also big changes to the stealth aspects of the game, making enemies less likely to detect you, especially when you’re behind cover.
Ubisoft has also changed some enemy placement and patrol routes to make for more dynamic play.

There is also an addition to make interactive objects in the environment more noticeable, which will help endlessly with certain missions.
Of course, on top of all this, there has been some work on the visuals of the game, making framerates smoother and details stand out more.
It seems the development team are working on how Kay Vess moves, as there are several mentions in the patch notes on improving her general animations, plus those we see when taking down an enemy.
All in all, it seems Star Wars Outlaws is moving in the right direction after Ubisoft promised fans they would focus on improving the game after a lacklustre launch.

There’s a lot to love in the game and we certainly enjoyed our time with it, but many fans felt it didn’t quite hit the mark.
Hopefully, after all the tweaks and improvements, we’ll see a much better game come out the other side.
