Four classic Nintendo titles are coming to Nintendo Switch very soon, and you don’t have to pay a single penny to get your hands on them.
As revealed on Twitter by the official Nintendo of America account, four Super Nintendo games are landing on Nintendo Switch Online in less than a week.
The four games coming to the service are NOBUNAGA'S AMBITION, NOBUNAGA'S AMBITION: Lord of Darkness, Romance of the Three Kingdoms IV: Wall of Fire, and Uncharted Water: New Horizons– and no, before you ask, it’s not that Uncharted.

A lot of the commenters are just people desperately asking for Nintendo to add very specific Super Nintendo games to Nintendo Switch Online, but those that are familiar with the titles on offer seem pretty thrilled with the line-up.
“Really nice to see these games make a return,” commented user @thecoldmage.
“The music in the Nobunaga games are also a treat, some of Yoko Kano’s earlier work. The legacy of Oda Nobunaga seems to be a very popular subject at the moment.”
“I loved Romance of the Three Kingdoms IV,” replied user @Jamyzsc2.

“It was the first game of its type I had played. My older brother, who had already moved out, owned it and lent me his copy. Great memories.”
The eagle-eyed among you may have spotted something interesting that unites all four of these titles; they’re all Koei-developed strategy games.
I can’t quite figure out what prompted the oddly specific collaboration, as Koei Techmo doesn’t have any new strategy games out at the moment.
The ROMANCE OF THE THREE KINGDOMS 8 remake did drop a few months ago, so it could be that. Alternatively, Atelier Yumia: The Alchemist of Memories & the Envisioned Land just dropped today and Koei Tecmo is the publisher of that game so, maybe that’s the reason.

Either way, hard to turn your nose up at free games. They should probably drop Donkey Kong 64 on there soon though, just so people stop pestering them to ask for it.
