We once again return to more Nintendo Switch 2 speculation, only this time, fans are debating its price point.
Over the last couple of weeks, I’ve been covering quite a few rumoured Nintendo Switch 2 leaks.
Some of which have seemed more reliable than others.

Nintendo users not only have concerns about the leaked controllers, which have heavily divided them, but they’re also confused by a random retailer leaking the Switch 2 early.
You don’t have to believe any of the speculation to be aware of the raising hype for this new hardware.
Nintendo fans will want to watch the trailer for the new Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp Complete.
That being said, while fans are excited to learn more, they’re also not keen on the idea of paying through the nose for the Switch 2.

According to Gamereactor UK, the new Switch will retail for approximately €400-500.
This has been reinforced by Samus Hunter, a well-known if not reliable leaker in the industry, though they doubt it’ll be quite as costly as €500.
“This lines up with what I heard. For the price, I heard it would have been on the lower side of this range,” they shared.
Even though the majority of gamers are questioning if this so-called insider information is accurate, they believe the price is “too much” either way.

“$450 is too much,” declared KingBroly.
User Cubs017 said, “$450 or $500 severely limits the market. Nintendo has always relied on people buying two or three of their handhelds so each kid or person can have their own.”
We don’t know of many families buying a Switch for each child, however, we’re inclined to agree that even the lower price estimation will make the Switch 2 inaccessible for many.
Other users think us “idiots” for believing that the Switch 2 will be cheaper.

“I've said 450 minimum for ages. People thinking it'd be under 400 are idiots living under a rock,” argued Outrageous_Water7976.
We’ll just shuffle back to our rock now...
Needless to say, the possibly price of the Switch 2 is causing concerns among fans that believe the latest rumour.
