Just in case the aliens hadn’t yet realised, NASA have finally devised a plan to let them know that we’re the dumbest race alive and we’re ready for them to invade whenever they’d like to.
If aliens do really exist, we don’t know exactly what would bring them to earth, but movies have made some educated guesses over the years. Maybe the aliens would need our land. Maybe they’d see us as a threat to be eliminated, or maybe they just simply want to make some new friends, aw. However, I’m almost certain that aliens don’t want to see the human races’ nudes.
If you fancy exploring space yourself (sans nudes), check out the trailer for Bethesda's upcoming game Starfield below.
The project is called ‘Beacon in the Galaxy’ and NASA are hoping that any aliens out there will see the nudes as an invitation. Unable to resist the temptations of humanity (supposedly), it’s thought that any aliens will be lured in and left wanting to send a response. I do wonder if NASA have considered the opposite, that the aliens might just see the unsolicited nudes, say ‘nah, I’m good’ and fly away.

The nudes being sent into space are reportedly drawings of naked men and women next to pictures of human DNA, just to add an extra bit of sexy science spice. Not only that, the naked figures will be waving because obviously that’s way more welcoming right?
You may be shocked to find out that this isn’t the first time that nudes have been sent out into space. Previously, a project known as ‘The Pioneer Plaques’ launched a similar test - sending plaques of naked humans out into the great beyond.
As far as we know, they’re still floating around up there but hey, who knows. Maybe an alien took one home to hang on the wall. It awaits to be seen if the latest attempt to attract alien life works but bonk, go to horny jail NASA.
