One dedicated Spider-Man fan has marked their excitement for the upcoming Sony film Spider-Man: Across The Spider-Verse by recreating the trailer in a video game - Marvel's Spider-Man: Miles Mirales to be exact.
Spider-Man: Across The Spider-Verse is the highly-anticipated sequel to Spider-Man: Into The Spider-Verse, which was released in 2018. The film will see Miles Morales team-up and face-off against several Spidey variants in a multiverse-hopping adventure.
Take a look at the actual Spider-Man: Across The Spider-Verse trailer below.
The latest trailer presented fans with an insight into the story as well as a glimpse of some of the characters we can expect to see fighting with and against Miles and his friends. One fan was so excited, that they recreated a portion of the trailer in the photo-mode of Marvel’s Spider-Man: Miles Morales for PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5.

ItIs_SPID presented their creation on Reddit and we have to say, it’s hard to believe that it’s not a screenshot from the trailer itself. The image was created using the ‘Into The Spider-Verse’ suit, which can be unlocked in the game after reaching a certain level, as well as filters and other tools found in the photo-mode. Other fans were quick to praise the image, commending ItIs_SPID on making such a spot-on recreation.
TowMater2323 said, “God, what you create using just editing what’s in the game is always a sight to see. Keep doing good work!” SpicyLunaDog99 couldn’t quite believe that the picture wasn’t lifted out of the official trailer for the film, stating: “That’s literally from the movie stop the cap.” Finally, virtualthorfinn added, “This is amazing, this must’ve taken so long as well.”
Spider-Man: Across The Spider-Verse is gearing up to be an amazing entry in the series, and promises more Spider-people than ever before, featuring fan-favourites like Spider-Man 2099, The Scarlet Spider, and even a cameo from Yuri Lowenthal’s Marvel’s Spider-Man PS4/PS5 wall-crawler.
