If you’re a Harry Potter fan, then I’m sure you’re quite aware that Harry Potter: Quidditch Champions is out now.
If you found yourself disappointed that Hogwarts Legacy didn’t include a playable form of quidditch, mourn no more.
Quidditch Champions allows you to both represent your house as well as compete in the international Quidditch World Cup - and the game is available across PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo Switch, and PC.

In case you missed it, the game launched day one on PlayStation Plus so subscribers can currently nab it for free.
PlayStation Plus users can also earn themselves a bonus Nimbus 2000 collectible, so don’t miss out on that opportunity either.
Quidditch Champions may have only been out for a day but fans have already been very vocal about what they think.
The response is, well, let’s say tepid.

Take a look at Harry Potter: Quidditch Champions in action below.
“I've been able to play two to three hours of the game so far and it seems pretty hit and miss. The gameplay is fun and quick, but there are things which need to be addressed such as the snitch mechanic,” wrote Reddit user Wild_Thylacoleo.
They went on to add that the single-player mode is very well put together and the game boasts nice visuals but criticised the grindy nature of the battle pass.

“I was bored after one game. Flying felt awkward and quidditch just isn't a very interesting game in my opinion,” wrote one critical player.
“Better than Concord, worse than Foamstars,” offered someone else. A stark summary.
Many complained about the gameplay feeling too fast or too overwhelming with switching players proving to be a particularly difficult control to master, but so too does Quidditch Champions have its fans.
“Been playing with friends and it’s actually super fun. I thought it wasn’t going to be all that but try it, trust me, the game is fun especially best if played with friends,” advised Tough_Bell3778.
