GTA VI fans are not only hyped to explore the open world that Rockstar Games has to offer but also its sure-to-be hilarious side events.
No question, when the next entry in the Grand Theft Auto series arrives, it will not just be a huge moment for the video game industry but the entertainment sector as a whole. We can pretty much guarantee for weeks, no months on end, GTA VI will be inescapable on social media.

Before Rockstar Games officially revealed the first trailer for GTA VI in December 2023, another inescapable series of events was the infamous leaks. We not only learned details about GTA VI but we also saw very early builds of the game that were no true representation of the final product.

Now, we’re all eagerly awaiting Rockstar Games to not only give us a concrete release date for GTA VI, but we all want to see the second trailer, whenever that highly anticipated goodness drops.
One of the most fun aspects of the Grand Theft Auto series is its side activities, an aspect that has evolved tenfold since the series ventured into the 3D open world following the release of GTA III in 2001.
In GTA V, originally released in 2013, those side activities were better than ever and in many cases, were perhaps better than the main campaign missions and fans will be hoping GTA VI will be no exception.
As shared in a post by Redditor luciohansel, some of the details leaked before the official reveal of the GTA VI trailer were related to its side activities and it’s fair to say that some of them look to be hilarious.

Those events include backyard wrestling, a DUI (driving under the influence) test, a satanist house, self-injury (which makes me think this could be an insurance scam), a UFO animal house, a warehouse of sex robots and more.
At this point, we can only assume exactly what those side activities will require us to do and we should always take rumours with a pinch of salt until we get official confirmation. Nonetheless, GTA VI fans are hyped.
“Imagine drunk driving and then getting pulled over to get a DUI test,” replied WeeklySavings.
“Warehouse sex robots,” said Vicius_Licius with three words that need no explanation.

“‘Big Cat Mansion’, could that be a reference to Carole Baskin and the Big Cat Rescue? She lives in Tampa, which is a few hours away from Miami,” replied TheArgonianBoi77, referring to a pivotal individual in the controversial (and hugely popular) Netflix documentary, Tiger King.
Grand Theft Auto VI is currently scheduled to be released late this year on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S. Its PC release is yet to be officially announced.
