While we may not have any official news on Grand Theft Auto VI, we can celebrate Grand Theft Auto V’s upcoming 10th anniversary.
I cannot believe that it’s almost been 10 whole years since we first loaded up Grand Theft Auto V on our PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 consoles. Little did we know that we were about to dive into what is the second best-selling game of all-time. Even GTA V can’t budge Minecraft from the top spot. It’s a game that pushes boundaries. You’ve all seen the memes about your parents walking in on the loading screens and in recent months, some fans have said the game’s graphic torture scene may have been a step too far. There’s a lot to love about GTA V though - and its anniversary won’t go unnoticed by Rockstar. It’s been confirmed that 10th anniversary content is on the way soon in GTA Online.

Over on the Rockstar Games blog, it was teased that new content would be coming for the 10th anniversary. A post read, “Next week, look out for a special event that celebrates the 10 year anniversary of Grand Theft Auto V in GTA Online with new collectibles, the ferocious Bravado Hotring Hellfire sports car and more.”

Now, leaker TezFunz2 appears to have got their hands on some of those collectibles. They include a Rockstar Gothic Sweater, Rockstar Red Logo Sweater, Rockstar Atomic Logo Sweater, Rockstar Festive Boom Sweater, and a Rockstar Warp Hoodie. Judging by the blog post, this won’t be all that’s on offer but it’s a solid start - and you can take a look at the various items below.
GTA V’s exact anniversary lands on 17 September so we should hear some confirmation of what’s taking place in GTA Online in the coming days. Of course, fans are hoping the anniversary will somehow tie in with a GTA VI announcement, but I wouldn’t hold your breath.
