The Reddit post starts with "From and including: Monday, 19 September 2022 To and including: Monday, 23 October 2023... Result: 400 days It is 400 days from the start date to the end date, end date included."
So, there it is. It has been 400 days since Rockstar Games officially announced the follow up to GTA V. Since then millions of gamers began their wait for the game, while thousands of articles and Reddit posts were created to discuss the game.
The GTA VI trailer has to be soon, right?
Those 400 days can apparently be also broken down as "34,560,000 seconds, 576,000 minutes, 9600 hours, 400 days, 57 weeks and 1 day." And, of course, many Redditors have jumped in with jokes, messages of sympathy and desperate want for the game. Coming in hot was the top reply from u/reformedSeraphite with "Now we know what Rockstar means by 'soon'" and the perfect reply from u/Buzielo saying "Rockstar uses Valve Time."
Advert
The desperation for something, anything, is seen from one user saying "Please R*. Just [a] 1 minute trailer. We will speculate the s**t out of it. Just feed us something, PLEASE." Most fans are feeling the frustration because it has been such a long wait, but it's not really a surprise given that Rockstar's hand was forced by the leaks. It's likely the trailer will be soon, but until then, gamers will be thirsty.
"GTA: Soon™ - coming soon." says u/sony-boy, and some are looking further for their jokes, "GTA 7 releasing in 400 years confirmed." The rumour keeps circulating that we'll finally see a trailer in the next week, this has been emphasised by a description of said trailer being posted online. 400 days seems like a long time, but in the grand scheme of AAA game development, it's nothing, really.
