God of War Ragnarök is easily one of the most-anticipated video games of 2022, and fans are desperate to learn when, exactly, the sequel is coming.
There have been plenty of rumours over the last few months. Some have suggested that Kratos' next big adventure is mere months away, while others have hinted that it's another in a long line of games delayed to 2023. While we don't yet know for sure, a new leak strongly implies that God Of War Ragnarök isn't that far off at all.
Take a look at the sequel to 2018's God Of War in action below!
As spotted on Reddit, an officially licensed God Of War shirt created in collaboration between PlayStation and J!NX currently boasts a release date of October 2022. While the listing does state the release date is "subject to change", fans think this could be the strongest hint yet that Ragnarök is definitely coming sooner rather than later.

Of course, there's also the chance that the merch could be released before the video game, but this is fairly unlikely. Take this news with usual pinch of salt for now, in any event.
Sony has yet to comment on Ragnarök's release date, with the official word still simply being "2022". It's rumoured (but entirely unconfirmed) that Sony is planning another State Of Play before the end of Summer that will offer up more details on when we can expect to see Kratos and Atreus.
