Say what you want about Dying Light, but you can't deny Techland has always been deeply committed to supporting the game.
Ever since the game launched back in 2016, Techland has kept the open-world zombie game alive with frequent updates, new modes, fresh content, and so much more. It was enough to make a good game great, and earn it a deeply loyal community of players.
Unfortunately nothing lasts forever, as Axl Rose once told us. And so it is that after six years of dedicated content, Dying Light's last ever update has finally arrived.

Take a look at the Final Hellraid update below:
This last update is mostly focused on the previously released Hellraid DLC, an awesome little bit of content that basically turns Dying Light into a dark fantasy RPH. But there's also a new chainsaw weapon type, new sound effects, and some general tweaks to the game's maps and quests.
But that's not all! As a parting gift, all Dying Light players on all systems are automatically being upgraded to the Enhanced Edition, free of charge! This is the definitive version of Dying Light, and comes with the massive The Following expansion, as well as Bozak Horde, Cuisine and Cargo, the Ultimate Survivor Bundle, and the Crash Test Skin Bundle.

All in all, fitting sendoff for a game that has always received the very best support. Even if Dying Light 2 only gets half the updates its predecessor did, we're in for a long and exciting ride.
