Mac players rejoice, you will soon be able to play one of the year’s best games, Baldur’s Gate 3. How soon? 21 September, so, very soon. Hot on the heels of the PS5 release, which has been officially hailed as the highest rated PlayStation 5 game of all time.
Larian Studios have been brilliant at keeping players informed on when patches will be released and what is in those patches. As the game gears up for its third big content update, Larian is focused on bringing more wonderful adventures to even more players.

Take a look at Baldur's Gate 3 in action below.
The developer has been very community focused in their updates, working on both common and rarer issues that occur across the playerbase. Each patch has been a chonky addition, bringing pages and pages of fixes and improvements.
The next big patch is coming 21 September 2023 and the patch is not alone. Arriving alongside the update is the “full support” Mac release. Baldur’s Gate 3 has been in early access just as it started out on Windows, but the finish line is in sight.

Despite already playing through the game on my gaming PC, it’s clear that I’m destined to play it again on my work laptop and this time roll a paladin. Even if that means sitting in the character creation screen for multiple hours.
There is not much more known about what is to come in the patch, but the community is speculating and guessing. Personally, I’m hoping for more customisation options, which will lead to many more kinky scenes, and some bug squashing.
