An upcoming Star Wars story has Darth Vader take revenge against someone who wronged him, and it’s quite comical.
Darth Vader, as we all know, holds a grudge. He spent years of his life trying to track down Obi-Wan Kenobi and when he was finally face-to-face with his old master again, he stopped at nothing till he was dead.
The pair’s final confrontation in the Obi-Wan Kenobi TV series is possibly the best piece of Star Wars media Disney has put out so far.
Now the beloved Star Wars villain, or anti-hero depending on how you think of him, is on yet another path for vengeance, or at least that’s what Kylo Ren is thinking in his new comic prequel series.

In Star Wars: Legacy of Vader, Kylo is on a quest to learn more about his grandfather and probably convince himself that he’s just like him, likely not knowing the full story.
A preview of the upcoming series has shown a panel of Vader on Tatooine, killing none other than Watto, the slave-owner who kept him as a child.
When he was a Jedi, Anakin was always touchy about his past as a slave, never happy to return to Tatooine for any reason and having a particular hatred towards people like Watto and Jabba The Hutt.
So for many fans, seeing Vader finally take his vengeance after so many years is very exciting, if that's actually the case.

As many fans have pointed out in Reddit threads, this is an interpretation by Kylo Ren, a tantruming toddler that’s full of rage and looking for people who share his pain and frustration, so it’s actually unknown why Vader was on Tatooine based on the evidence Kylo finds.
Nevertheless, it’s just exciting to see Vader return, and be just as important of a character in the Star War galaxy now as he was when the franchise kicked off.
