Tom Holland has given Marvel fans our first proper tease that Spider-Man 4 production is underway.
Despite featuring as a prominent character in the MCU, at least in terms of movie properties, Sony has the rights to Spider-Man and not Disney, but both are in collaboration with Marvel Studios. As such, negotiations between companies have to be conducted which could present complications as we move towards Phase 6 and beyond.

That being said, I don’t think Marvel fans should have too much concern with Tom Holland’s Spider-Man featuring in the MCU once more because as we know, money always talks. However, regardless of whether Spider-Man continues to be part of the MCU, we can all rest easy knowing that Spider-Man 4 is on the way.

The next Spider-Man movie doesn't have an official title, so we’re currently calling it by a number. Yet, as reported by Comicbook.com, during a recent episode of The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon, when Tom Holland was asked about Spider-Man 4, he replied “What do you want to know?”
Eager to confirm the obvious, Fallon asked whether Spider-Man 4 was happening, to which Holland said with a smile “It’s happening” before adding “Next summer we start shooting, everything’s good to go, we’re nearly there, super exciting. I can’t wait.”
Along with its full title, not much is currently known about Spider-Man 4. All we know for sure is that it will follow the heartbreaking (but necessary) events of No Way Home. We also know that Destin Daniel Cretton will be taking over directorial duties from Jon Watts.
We can't wait to learn more about Spider-Man 4 and hopefully, we'll have an official update sometime during early 2025 and as always, we’ll keep you posted as soon as that information drops.
