Despite a lack of ceremony for this news, a new MCU Hulk has been confirmed by Marvel, albeit very quietly.
We’ve become used to seeing Mark Ruffalo playing the Hulk over the last several years, but now is time for change.
This isn’t the first time Marvel has recast the Hulk, though the reasons for this latest decision are far less brutal than previously.

We first got wind of this new Hulk reveal at San Diego Comic Con 2022, however, since then, information has been scarce.
Now in an episode of The Official Marvel Podcast, Jeff Trammell, the creator of Your Friendly Neighbourhood Spider-Man, has reaffirmed the character’s inclusion.
During the podcast, Trammell hinted at an array of characters appearing.
“There's a few characters that we are familiar with from other series, as well as Spider-Man classic characters that we're excited to mix it up with.”

They continued, “And I'll also say Amadeus Cho and Jean Foucault will appear in the series, so there's a lot of cross-pollination from the comic books within this world that I'm really excited to dig into.”
Amadeus Cho has quite a long list of different titles under their belt; although the Totally Awesome Hulk is the main one, Cho has also had the moniker of Brawn, and Mastermind Excello.
Even though it’s doubtful that Cho will appear in live-action tales from MCU, the possibilities are quite endless in terms of animated adaptations.
Times aren’t just changing for the Hulk, it’s happening to Marvel's Venom, too.
