Deadpool and Wolverine isn’t even playing in cinemas yet and Kevin Feige is tapping the two stars for more potential Marvel projects which all but guarantees cameos in Avengers 5.
Okay, we’re speculating, but what a moment that would be, to finally have Deadpool and his buddy Wolverine show up among the Avengers cast in the next big crossover.
Deadpool and Wolverine arrive in the next few days to cinemas worldwide
When asked by Collider if Feige sees more of Hugh Jackman and Ryan Reynolds in the future of the MCU he appeared positive about the prospect.

“It's definitely, 'Let's get through this.' But as we sit here talking, and the movie comes out in a week, and the movie's been finished for a couple of weeks, there's certainly been a lot of discussions of, 'That was fun. What should we do next?”
Of course, Deadpool and Wolverine needs to be well-received by fans, but that seems like a guarantee at this point given the hype around the trailers and press junket.
Hugh Jackman had once moved on from the character of Wolverine, something difficult to do when fans so love him.
Having him appear as an alternate version of the character, perhaps ushering in the age of the mutants for the MCU seems like a smart idea as it lends some familiarity to the franchise.

And there’s no denying the star appeal of Reynolds who could easily play to a PG audience in a huge crossover film, which Avengers 5 is likely to be.
Marvel and Feige are smart, both in terms of delivering enjoyable stories and making money, two things guaranteed by keeping the two heroes on the roster and using them in the future, even just as cameos.
Deadpool and Wolverine lands in cinemas on 25 July in the UK, so you can make up your mind as to whether you’d like to see these two heroes continue their friendship.
