Lara Croft might be one of the great badasses of gaming but what if she had the same fighting style as John Wick?
That’s exactly what this Unreal Engine 5 game is like, Tomb Raider but with the same dramatic flair and gun-fu that made the John Wick films such bangers.
GAMINGbible recently sat down with the cast of the live-action Fallout show for a game of snog, marry, irradiate, which you can check out below.
The game is called The Grass Of Genesis, the first gameplay of which has been showcased on YouTube via the Enfant Terrible YouTube channel.

Developed by Well-Link, which has worked on games like Genshin Impact in the past, the game was made entirely with Unreal Engine 5 and features some mind-blowing action sequences.
The game’s protagonist goes head-to-head with a horde of armed assailants, but instead of traditional third-person shooting the emphasis in combat is on CQC.
Whether it be flipping an enemy onto the ground for s quick and easy kill, or rolling over one to get a cheeky shot at an oncoming foe, the combat looks incredibly flashy.

Of course, there are some enemies that can’t be dealt with so easily, such as an enormous robot/mech that’s a little too tanky to be thrown around with gun-fu, though it’d likely be hilarious to see it attempted.
Gun-fu has of course been attempted in a variety of games, with Watch Dogs in particular coming to mind which is often considered the closest thing we’ll get to a traditional John Wick game, at least until the official one comes out.
The Grass Of Genesis dials things up to 11 though, and is also an impressive showcase of the power of Unreal Engine 5.
Unfortunately there isn’t an official release date for The Grass Of Genesis, though it’s said to be coming out sometime this year.
