CD Projekt has just announced not one, not two, but five new video games set in The Witcher universe.
Over on Twitter, the company confirmed the existence of a sequel to Cyberpunk 2077 (codename Orion), along with a handful of new Witcher adventures.
The first is one that we admittedly already knew about, but it's nice to get some fresh details. Polaris is the codename for the previously confirmed follow-up to The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt, which CD Projekt announced was in pre-production late last year.

Clearly CD Projekt believes that this new open-world RPG is going to be a success, as it confirmed that it will aim two release two more Witcher games after Polaris to form a new "AAA RPG trilogy."
This new RPG was also described by the company as a "new saga" which further suggests it'll be a clean break from the events of The Witcher 3.
But that's not all. Not by a long shot. Also announced was Canis Majoris, described as "a full-fledged Witcher game, separate to the new Witcher saga starting with Polaris."
This fourth game will be developed by an external studio, "headed by experienced developers who have worked on past Witcher games."

Finally, if you've caught your breath, allow me to tell you about the new multiplayer game set in The Witcher universe.
"Sirius is a codename for the game developed by @molassesflood," CD Projekt tweeted."Set in The Witcher universe and created with support from CDPR. It will differ from our past productions, offering multiplayer gameplay on top of a single-player experience including a campaign with quests and a story."
TLDR, there is a lot of Witcher action on the way.
Also announced was a brand-new IP from CDPR Hadar, which is apparently in the "earliest stages of production" and is being developed from scratch within the studio.
