The Elder Scrolls VI fans just cannot help themselves, because some seem certain that Bethesda is planning to drop more news regarding the game is on its way in roughly three hours time.
At 4 pm GMT today, Bethesda is holding a livestream event for the reveal of The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Remastered.
Considering the livestream was announced beforehand, there are two things we’re pretty certain we can expect: some actual gameplay footage and a release date.

And that’ll be it, right? After all, the image they used for the press release directly references The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion, so they wouldn’t pepper any further reveals alongside it… right?
That’s a normal thing to assume. Folks over on the r/TESVI subreddit aren’t in the business of levelheaded, rational trains of thought however, which is why a few of the commenters think there’s a chance we could get some The Elder Scrolls VI news at the livestream’s end.
“It's possible, because tomorrow seems like a weird day to just randomly be like, "oblivion yall!" and they're doing a big live stream as well…” commented user Ravix0fFourhorn.
“But I think keeping expectations low will make the experience more enjoyable. That's a pretty constant truth throughout life.”

“I consider it possible,” replied user tonylouis1337.
“The YouTube video currently being named "All will be revealed" tells me there's more to it than just the Oblivion remaster. I could definitely picture a scenario in which Oblivion comes out at a disappointing time BUT they make up for it with TES6 news.”
Ok, I’m not going to say there’s a non-zero chance that some The Elder Scrolls VI info or footage could be included, but I think it’s important we all keep our expectations low here.
It’s best you go in thinking all you’re going to get is some The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Remastered news, because otherwise you’ll trick yourself into feeling disappointed about something you’re excited for anyway.

And if we do get some TES VI news? Well then, that’s just a bonus.
