It’s summer, and you know what that means. That’s right, it’s time to stay indoors and carry on playing loads of video games, but just feeling a lot warmer than usual.
It also means that the Steam Summer Sale is in full swing - there’s currently some fantastic deals on a number of amazing games, including Square Enix’s gorgeous HD-2D tactical RPG, Triangle Strategy, and the indie roguelite gem, Cult of the Lamb. Beyond that though, a number of games are also available to download totally free right now, and there’s no better deal than that.
Temtem: Showdown is out now for free on Steam - take a look at the trailer below.
Yesterday, we wrote about six free games that are currently available to download from Steam, including a zombie tower defence game, a roguelite FPS and an action RPG. Admittedly, they’re almost certainly not games that you’ll have heard of before, but there’s some great variety there - take a look at our full breakdown here.

Now though, as highlighted by @SteamGamesPC on Twitter, yet another free PC game is available to download and play right now. Spy Rumble is a multiplayer social deduction game, in which players take on the roles of spies and secret service agents. Think of it like Among Us, but with a slightly different flavour - the spies are essentially the imposters, and must disrupt and eliminate the secret service agents while remaining unsuspicious. Meanwhile, the agents must team up to figure out who the spy is and vote them out.
If you've enjoyed playing Among Us in the past (or still do, for that matter), this basically looks like a more advanced version of it. Between four and eight players can join a game, so it sounds like the perfect sort of thing to play with friends.
If you want to give it a go, you can find Spy Rumble on Steam, here.
