If you’re after a free Xbox game, then you’re in the right place but you need to act fast to avoid missing out.
The game in question is one of the most underrated titles of the last generation in my opinion and a series that fans are desperate to see a threequel. The game is Titanfall 2 and better still, it’s the Ultimate Edition.
Check out the Titanfall 2 trailer below!
Released in 2016, Titanfall 2 is a much-improved sequel to the original game that launched as a PC and Xbox exclusive in 2014. Developed by Respawn Entertainment, the studio that gave us the free-to-play shooter Apex Legends as well as the Star Wars: Jedi series, Titanfall 2 has earned a respectable score of 89 on Metacritic.

“Respawn Entertainment gives you the most advanced titan technology in its new, single-player campaign and multiplayer experience,” reads the description of Titanfall 2. “Combine and conquer with new titans and pilots, deadlier weapons, and customisation and progression systems that help you and your titan flow as one unstoppable killing force.”
The Titanfall 2: Ultimate Edition includes the base game and a ton of cosmetic DLC. It must be stated that to claim this game for free, you will need to subscribe to EA Play or Xbox Game Pass Ultimate.
Once claimed, it will remain in your library even if your subscription expires. It’s also worth keeping an eye on EA Play over the next few days because it’s adding a new free game every day with the Titanfall 2: Ultimate Edition expiring by tomorrow, making way for another freebie.
Honestly, not only is the multiplayer of Titanfall 2 an absolute blast, but it features a surprisingly emotional single-player campaign that will keep you hooked from start to finish.
