Cyberpunk 2077 fans should check out this turn-based RPG that you can play on Steam right now.
CD Projekt Red might have championed the neon-lit dystopian future genre with Cyberpunk 2077, but that doesn’t mean there aren’t plenty of other games worth checking out with a similar style.
Check out Cyberpunk 2077 running on RTX below.
One such game is Keylocker, a unique JRPG that Cyberpunk fans should check out as soon as they can.

The game’s description states: “In a silent world where music is outlawed, play as a singer to shatter the strings of fate and sing the melody of freedom in this unforgiving turn-based rhythm JRPG.”
As you just saw, the unique twist on this title is that it’s not just a turn-based RPG, it’s rhythm-based too, so it’s perfect for those who love a game that rewards good timing.
Boasting a pretty simplistic art style but with plenty of character and colour, Keylocker is definitely looking like a game worth adding to your Steam wishlist.
Unfortunately, the only thing it’s missing right now is a release date, as well as a release window, so it’s unclear if it’s planned to drop sometime this year or in 2025.

Fear not though, you won’t have to wait that long before putting your music skills to the test, as there’s a free demo for the game available to download and play right now.
It’ll hopefully give you a taste of the turn-based combat, as well as the overall vibe of the world you’ll be exploring.
Now if Keylocker isn’t your cup of tea, I wouldn’t worry too much, as there are plenty of other freebies knocking about on Steam to try instead, like a free demo for Bandai Namco’s latest anime title Sand Land.
I’d advise you to regularly check-in on the latest demos available on the platform, as who knows, you might find your next favourite game or time-killer that way.
