Red Dead Redemption fans have once again discovered a hidden section of the sequel they didn’t know existed.
Much like Skyrim, Red Dead Redemption 2 is a game that keeps on delivering well after its initial hype phase.
Not only have players found a rare reference to Arthur Morgan in Rockstar Games’ original title, but they’ve also unearthed a grim secret that has been staring us in the face this entire time.

Have you seen these wins and fails from Red Dead Redemption 2?
We have no doubt there’s plenty more secrets to be discovered yet. But one less secret remains, after a player discovered an underground area filled with money.
As you’d expect, fans are shocked to learn they’ve missed this location previously, “1,000 hours and 9 playthroughs on this game and I’m still finding out about new stuff,” said one.

Another remarked, “I found that tunnel by accident couple weeks back . Was getting chased by the Saint Denis police I ran into the compound and ran into the tunnel.”
[It] was a nice little find. After spending 887 hours playing RDR over last year, [I’m] still finding new stuff," they added.
Before you saddle up and go looking for this hidden location, it’s worth noting that the area won’t be available to all players.
This is because it’s a mission included with the special and ultimate editions of the game, as well as for those who preordered the PC version.

Sad though that is, it’s still satisfying to know that after all this time, RDR2 can still surprise us. Even though fans think they’ve got the perfect protagonist for Red Dead Redemption 3, the second game will take some beating.
If GTA VI is as rammed as RDR2, we’re in for such a treat come launch day!
