The perfect mix between The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom and Valheim just got announced, and this Nintendo-inspired title is making it’s way towards PlayStation 5.
Thank you in advance to Push Square's Stephen Tailby for the original source!
Cloudheim is a “cooperative action RPG blending crafting with chaotic physics-based combat” from first time developers Noodle Cat Games that tasks you to “gather your allies, craft your weapons, and upgrade your shop in the sky to bring harmony to a broken realm”.

Gotta say, the “chaotic” element to the combat doesn’t seem to be an exaggeration, because enemies are getting absolutely ragdolled around in this thing.
There’s even a little point in the trailer where they use an enemy like a living pinball and smash them between a bunch of springy surfaces, which has probably sold me on the experience by itself.
ICYMI: Battlefield Labs was unveiled this week.
The “shop in the sky” element to it also really reminds me of Moonlighter if any of you have played that one, because it seems like you’ll spend most of your day beating the snot out of enemies so you can sell your spoils at your very own shop during your downtime.

No news as of yet on an exact release date, but the developers do seem pretty certain that they can meet their 2025 target as of now.
And, given the recent trailer for the game, I’d be surprised if this one didn’t come out this year. It already looks to be extremely far into development.
Cloudheim will be releasing on PC, Xbox Series X/S, and PlayStation 5, and you can even wishlist it on Steam now.
Don’t know about you, but this one just went from not being on my radar to something I’m genuinely excited for. That vague 2025 release date cannot come soon enough.
