Fans have discovered a secret, impossible-to-enter room in The Last of Us Part II and it is driving them nuts.
Over on the r/lastofus subreddit, one user discovered that there’s an odd, seemingly accessible window you can find in Day 1 of the Seattle chapter.
Except, no matter what they try, there seems to be no way to actually get through said window.

“I'm replaying Seattle Day 1 and I'm right around the corner of the motel,” wrote user MindlessNote3735, “This room has always bothered me, all the windows are open but I can't get in? Is there really no way?”
Turns out, they weren’t to first to notice it - nor were they the first to find that getting in isn’t physically possible.
“I feel your pain,” replied user AFC93.
“I spent a good half hour bringing the dumpster over, fighting with every curb and pothole, only to find out there's no way in. Ellie just jumps into an invisible wall and can't grab the window sill.”

The Last of Us returns to HBO this April.
“Every time I start a new playthrough and reach this spot I spend way too much for a way in,” commented user DCSmaug.
“Last time I did that was two days ago. Most annoying thing in this whole game. Makes you think it's an explorable area when in fact it's not.”

So what’s in there? What is Naughty Dog trying to hide from us?
Well, uh, this is a bit awkward but… nothing.
You see if you enter photo mode near the window, you can get a much better look at what’s inside and you’ll be greeted with a whole bunch of nothing.
Unfortunately for TLOU players, it’s just an unfortunate case of the developers making something look a little more enticing than they should have.

Or, hey, don’t take my word for it. Keep trying, maybe Joel is in there or something.
