There’s never a sense of equilibrium with PlayStation Plus, it seems. Whenever we get a decent month, it always comes at a price.
The price for June’s free games is to lose one of the greatest titles around.
Even if you’re not a fan of the GTA franchise, there’s no escaping the fact that the series, with GTA V in particular, has dramatically impacted pop culture.

You've all seen the GTA V trailer, but have you seen the Brothers: A Tale of Two Sons one? This game is also leaving PS Plus
What is more, out of the many games PlayStation Plus has added to its catalogue, GTA V is by far one of the biggest its had.
Sadly though, all that is about to change.

GTA V, and GTA Online, have been added to the last chance saloon, aka the ‘Last Chance to Play’ section of the service.
Of course, this isn’t the only game to be leaving to make way for June’s line up; a total of 12 titles are scheduled to disappear for good (from PlayStation Plus, not in general).
These are as follows:
- Brothers: A Tale of Two Sons
- DC League of Super-Pets: The Adventures of Krypto and Ace
- Dodgeball Academia
- Grand Theft Auto V
- Indivisible
- Monster Jam Steel Titans
- MotoGP 23
- SpongeBob SquarePants: Battle for Bikini Bottom Rehydrated
- The Talos Principle: Deluxe Edition
- The Wild at Heart
- Unturned
- Baja: Edge of Control HD
PS Plus users know these removals are part of the deal, but that doesn’t make them any easier to get used to.

Furthermore, with PS Plus continuously on shaky ground with what it delivers, Sony removing solid, top-tier content is always going to make fans nervous.
Hopefully, June’s line up will make up for these losses in style.
Time is short, so if you’re going to play acclaimed titles like Rockstar’s beloved title, or the challenging puzzles of The Talos Principle: Deluxe Edition, you’d better get started.
